The first annual Built Green™ Expo, Conference & Tour will be held at Santa Barbara City College on Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14, 2008. The Expo is another part of Built Green™ Santa Barbara's mission to encourage building owners, builders and architects to voluntarily incorporate green building practices into their projects. At the top of the agenda are efficient building materials, new products and techniques that result in superior environmental quality, energy efficiency, and natural resource conservation.
The Built Green™ Expo will highlight the latest in green products and services, innovative technologies, and a wealth of information offered in the Green Building marketplace today. The 2 day event will interest builders, contractors, architects, building industry professionals, homeowners, and the general public.
